NM COLD STORAGE started its operational journey since the year of 2016 and realized the potential demand of high quality import of various products. As the facility is segmented into fourteen chambers in various capacity to withstand the supply of various perishable products and thus moved the focus into importing high quality variety of perishables products from countries as China, South Africa, UAE, Malaysia and Egypt. With this vision NM COLD STORAGE introduced NM Enterprise as its subsidiary to take over the import side of the business management. Under the NM Enterprise sister concern we have been successful to import one consignment of fresh perishables like Fuji Apples, Garlic and Chinese carrots from Yantai, China in 2018. Now, after gaining exposure of the import product’s market demand we believe to partake in the import of higher quality products from Egypt in order to supply an assorted high quality fresh processed perishable products to the large retailers in the capital city of Dhaka. Our target market is only the large retailers like Shwapno, Meena Bazar, Agora and Unimart located in the capital city of Dhaka. We are also dedicating our resources to introduce an online e-commerce platform to supply fresh produce maintain 100% cold chain to our final household consumer. This ‘unnamed’ brand will be dedicated to cater the need of perishables that households requires on a daily basis. Thus, eliminating the roadside sell of perishables in the capital city. Our target market is mainly various high potential areas of the Dhaka city namely Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Uttara, Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Mohammadpur, Shyamoli, Mouchak, Moghbazar etc.
